Recently one of my daughters asked me:
“Daddy, what do you do at work, you come home exhausted, both mentally and physically. What do you do?
I explained to her that my job was not necessarily a physical one but in majority a mental one where I spend more than 80 percent of my day just listening to my #Teams and #Customers.
A nice cup of coffee and time for myself at the end of the day helps to prepare for the upcoming one and also allows me to clear my head and reflect on my learnings.
