👉 It is What it is, What it is.
How many times have you heard this phrase?
We all hear this on a daily basis and in many different scenarios but you know What, it is What it is.
Face Palm.
STOP THE MADNESS now!
🔥 It is not What it is.
🔥 It may not be How it should be
…and it needs to STOP.
You need to stop whatever it is in its tracks and DON’T be afraid to:
1. Knock down the walls of Political Correctness and Express Yourself as you and not in the mindet of others.
2. Hold someone Accountable when it is the right time to do so for their actions or their words.
3. And be able to Speak your Mind without a filter and the fear of reprecussions.
I hear this phrase often in #Retail when things are not going correctly and no one wants to deal with the issue at hand.
👉 Please explain to me why we cannot hold someone accountable to their Job Description to which we are paying them to do?
What is the reason why?
1st: It basically comes down to having to use Politically Correct language to do so, tip toeing around the actual opportunity at hand and not wanting to get Human Resources involved.
2nd : I hear this when dealing with Life in General to which can affect you #Mentalhealth side.
You SHOULD NOT be accepting of all that comes your way but you should be able to speak your mind and the ability to pivot accordingly.
You SHOULD BE allowed to express your ideas, your thoughts and mind set without being ostracised for doing so.
👉 Please explain to me why, you don’t have the right to speak your mind using words that are actually representing how you feel to have a meaningful conversation without being afraid it will go public and haunt you forever.
💪Be You.
💪Be Authentic.
💪Be Real.
