🙏 Everyone in #Retail we are the Riders on the Storm and that you can weather through what you are experiencing on a daily basis.
But….
Now is not your time to be heroic or have an ego during your daily operations.
It is the time to be helpful and be patient with others.
We in Retail have lived through:
👉 Layoffs.
👉🏻 Downsizing.
👉🏼 Stock Market Crashes.
👉🏽 Black Fridays.
…and other force majeures ( fancy words, eh?).
Sometimes all it takes is listening and believing that everything that was experiencing is a moment in time.
Breathe.
