It’s Raining.
It’s Pouring
and the Old Man which is me is 🤣 Snoring.
I was on my usual 3km Journey to Starbucks this afternoon and was pulled aside.
Ok, here we go again.
What did I do?
How do I know this person?
Will I need to explain this to Michelle 😉?
Nope.
It was Nicole.
Nicole has been following me as the RenegadeRetailer for years and by some random coincidence the Stars lined up and we met.
WoW.
Just WoW!
I have a Fan 😎.
…. and to give you some hindsight, I live on an island of about 23k people.
Out of everyone that I crossed paths with in the last little while it was my destiny to meet Nicole.
Nicole has kids.
Nicole is employed
Nicole’s smile lit up the space we were in.
Nicole is also Bipolar.
… and has been afraid to share this with anyone outside of her family for years; until….
Until by some random chance my YouTube channel showed up in her feed.
That’s when things changed for her and the internal flame of life lit up – her words I promise.
Unfortunately, it was pouring hard and she was with her kids so the pleasantries were short and no picture was taken because……I am not on a Safari and don’t need one to remember how she felt or made me feel.
That was it.
Some random less than five-minute encounter made two strangers happier than they have been in a long time.
This is why the RenegadeRetailer.Blog exists.
