โ Using inappropriate language and gestures at any time.
โ Standing around and not helping out especially when there is a lineup at the cash.
โ Being late even though you donโt accept it from others.
โ Taking personal calls on the floor with your Smartphone.

โ๏ธ Mandatory to leave all Smartphones in their lockers.
โ๏ธ Rewarding your Team Members in front of their Peers.
โ๏ธ Making sure that your 2nd Home is free of Physical and Verbal Harrasment at all times.
โ๏ธ Ensuring that everyone is working in a safe environment.
โ๏ธ Try to use the proper Retail terminology when requesting an actionโฆ.and always end it with a โThank youโ.
โ๏ธ Always be on time for your shift.
โ๏ธ There is ALWAYS something to do, so lead by example.
โ๏ธ Always be ready to help out and donโt expect to be congratulated for your kind action as this is your job.
