New Behaviors. New Retail World.

Fellow Retailer Leaders, Coaches, and Managers, itโ€™s a new world and New Year out there and therefore letโ€™s squash some old habits and add some new ones as well.

๐Ÿ”ฅSquash:

โŒ Correcting an Employeeโ€™s behavior in front of their Peers.
โŒ Making them work in dangerous conditions.
โŒ Using inappropriate language and gestures at any time.
โŒ Standing around and not helping out especially when there is a lineup at the cash.
โŒ Being late even though you donโ€™t accept it from others.
โŒ Taking personal calls on the floor with your Smartphone.

โญAdd:

โœ”๏ธ Mandatory to leave all Smartphones in their lockers.
โœ”๏ธ Rewarding your Team Members in front of their Peers.
โœ”๏ธ Making sure that your 2nd Home is free of Physical and Verbal Harrasment at all times.
โœ”๏ธ Ensuring that everyone is working in a safe environment.
โœ”๏ธ Try to use the proper Retail terminology when requesting an actionโ€ฆ.and always end it with a โ€œThank youโ€.
โœ”๏ธ Always be on time for your shift.
โœ”๏ธ There is ALWAYS something to do, so lead by example.
โœ”๏ธ Always be ready to help out and donโ€™t expect to be congratulated for your kind action as this is your job.
