Mind Blown! While waiting for my oil change at a #McDonaldsCanada I ordered a breakfast trio with a small coffee.
The cashier at the time was not able to process the trio according to the small coffee price so he referred to a fellow Associate (Manager?) who recommended him to charge me a Medium coffee instead, hoping I would not hear that.
Who gives anyone the right to charge me more because they couldn’t find the solution
