It’s Like That, and That’s the Way It Is.

As Retail Leaders we are responsible for launching, maintaining and promoting NEW initiatives and programs.

Sometimes they make sense,
sometimes they don’t,
but at the end of day,

⭐ That’s just the way it is. ⭐

To help diffuse any resistance to a New program PLEASE don’t start a conversation with

⭐ That’s just the way it is. ⭐

But please explain:

👉 The reasons why.
👉 What’s in it for your #Team.
👉 And let your Teams know you are open to constructive feedback only once the New Initiative has been tried for a period of time.

At the end of the day and in reality;

⭐That’s just the way it is⭐
….and not a popularity contest.

👊 So stop being afraid to stand your ground as you are the Captain of your ship and are being paid to do as such.

If you are not able to do so well ba-bye and just leave your keys on the desk for someone else to do this basic act of Management.
