Are you still doing Interviews using the same old script and expecting different results?
Break the mold and leave the office, grab a coffee, learn about their interests and get to know them as a person before you ask the same old redundant questions.
👉Greet and Ensure there are no interruptions. Offer a bottle of water.
👉Ask questions, listen and take notes and don’t read from a Script.
👉Thank them for their time and advise them of the next steps.
👉Follow up with a Phone Call and NOT an email.
It’s amazing what you can find out by just talking and not asking questions that were written before the age of the “Milleninals”.
