โ Why do we feel the need to be โlikedโ as a Leader, Coach or Manager.
๐ Is it because we believe that if you hurt an Employees feelings or ego they will just get up and go?

…thatโs life, and no need to feel sorry for hurting someones outershell as long as you did it with purpose, and in a meaningful and respectful way with the intention to bring out the best of your Team and itโs Individuals.
