As Retail Leaders we are responsible to Manage and Coach our stores to the best of our abilities and sometimes our decisions may not be popular.

โ€“ Why do we feel the need to be โ€œlikedโ€ as a Leader, Coach or Manager.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Is it because we believe that if you hurt an Employees feelings or ego they will just get up and go?

Well, you know whatโ€ฆ.

…thatโ€™s life, and no need to feel sorry for hurting someones outershell as long as you did it with purpose, and in a meaningful and respectful way with the intention to bring out the best of your Team and itโ€™s Individuals.

Reminder,
