Bam! Bam! Impact.

It’s Story Time…
Over the last 48 hours I have been visiting stores in Quebec City (more than 3 hours aways from where I live) that I have not seen in over a year and a half.

During that time I had limited exposure to these stores as I was not the Territory Manager at the time.

… 😀 Moving forward to the present time I was amazed and should I say flabbergasted that when I was visiting these stores, they remembered me and celebrated that I was back in the field.

I asked several Retail Sales Associates and Managers what did I do to leave such an impression?

They said the following:

👉 When I first met with them they felt that I was sincere and human.

👉ðŸŧ During these visits they appreciated that they learned who I was as a person an not a Manager. 
(They also enjoyed seeing the pictures of Bella and Mr. Ralph.)

But most importantly I was interested in their story as well.

👉🏞 They appreciated my Story Telling that made them see me as a human and not just another Corporate Robot.

…. and finally I was ðŸĪŠ Memorable and not only because I have these big holes in my ears or have glasses that can start a fire.

… But because I left them with one question;
Is here anything I can do for you today to make your day better?

🙏 I was humbled today.

🙏🏞 I felt appreciated.

ðŸ™ðŸ― … and finally I felt like I made an ðŸĪœðŸĪœðŸŧðŸĪœðŸ― Impact by just being Me.
