๐คฏ It was over a year ago when this Anxiety Attack struck me down in more ways than one.

At the end of the day and to summarize, if you feel or sense that your Peer or Friend is in need of help, do what you got to to doโฆ.but do not do nothing.
Itโs really as simple as reaching out with a HELLO, LISTENING to what they have to say and ensuring they get the HELP they need.
You may not be an expert on this subject matter but there are many resources out there that can help guide you.
Within the last year I have had 50+ different people from different backgrounds reach out to me just to talk and tell me their storiesโฆ..and at least for a couple of them I was a last resort.
