What are your policies for smartphone use while working on your Retail floor?
I am disappointed when I walk into your Store and see your Employees, Head Down towards their devices and not Heads up towards towards the Retail floor.
Since your Employees have made a decision not to Greet me, I have made a decision not to Shop in your store.
This #Culture, accountability and YOUR acceptance to this behavior needs to change.
Take responsibility and lead by example.
⭐Emails can wait.
⭐Instagram can wait.
⭐Your Store has a phone and intercom. Use it.
⭐Use an “oldschool” pen and paper. Please review your Company’s policy on smartphone use on your sales floor.
⭐If you don’t have one create one.
⭐If you have one enforce it.
I guarantee you will see an increase in your conversion and efficiency in your Store.
