👉 Let go of the rope and I promise you won’t hang yourself.
👉 Stop working 60 plus hours and let your team take some of the workload off of your plate.
👉 Being afraid that someone is going to take your job because your are delegating more is nonsense.
Now get on that floor and act like a #Coach and #Leader and not someone who wants to buried early in the retail grave.
