Getting Things Done. 

Nothing in Retail should irk you more than seeing your Team Members, Managers, Coaches, Leaders
☆ Standing around.
☆ Chatting.
☆ Texting.
☆ Dancing.

As we all know, there is always something to get done in Retail, but we don’t react accordingly when down time hits us in the face.

Downtime should be considered as a luxury enabling us to complete many Simple Tasks that tend to be ignored or put off for another time.

There is no other time than the present.
So hold your Teams accountable by showing them what can an should be done.
