It Takes Two.

So, what should a Company #Culture be; as it is always #Evolving.
Should there be a Foundational Statement as to what your Companies Core Beliefs are?

Sure, but they should be built on Employee and Customer Feedback, Corporate Values & favourite Sushi Type.

Think of it as a House.

The Foundation has 4 Solid walls to which hold up the house.
If these walls should ever crack the House may fall and will take the Roof down.

FOUNDATION = A well defined set of 4 Beliefs | Walls that are NON NEGOTIABLE through ANY storm.

No matter what, these are not sacrificed due to Meetings, Store Visits, or the McRib returning.

These can be set by the Big Boys but input from your #Teams, from the Store #Manager to the Janitor will go a long way.

Examples of Key Foundational CORE Culture statements:

1. OUR TEAMS COME FIRST and are our #1 #Customer.

2. RECOGNITION is a simple as a High Five
Success & failures need to be Celebrated.

3. OPEN DOOR POLICY is respected and respectful.

4. HEALTH AND SAFETY is a priority 24 hours a day.

5. OUR CUSTOMERS (Our Roof) are why we do what we do.

At the end of it all, CULTURE is not only something you find in Yogurt, but a key that needs to be nutured and respected at all costs.
