Lessons in Retail | Getting things done. 

Nothing should irk us more than seeing Team Members, Managers, Coaches, Leaders, standing around, chatting, texting, dancing….etc.
As we all know, there is always something to get done in Retail, but we don’t react accordingly when down time hits in the face.

Downtime should be considered as a luxury enabling us to complete many Simple Tasks that tend to be ignored or put off for another time. There is no other time than the present.
