Lessons in Retail | Just ask: How you doing?

Sometimes all it takes are these three words to engage your Customers; Internal and External.

It doesn’t cost you anything to show interest in your Peers.

  • It will actually bring back dividends.
  • Imagine that, a two second investment in time can return a profit.
  • It engages your Team to talk with you.
  • Your Customers may or may not answer, but they will remember you asked.
  • It opens up the doors to learn more about what makes your Teams tick in the morning, afternoon and evenings.

You will at a minimum learn something; your goal should be learning one new item a day.

You will sound like Joey from Friends.
