Lessons in Retail | Just ask: How you doing?


Sometimes all it takes are these three words to engage your Customers; Internal and External.

It doesn’t cost you anything to show interest in your Peers.

It will actually bring back dividends.

Imagine that, a two second investment in time can return a profit.

It engages your Team to talk with you.

Your Customers may or may not answer, but they will remember you asked.

It opens up the doors to learn more about what makes your Teams tick in the morning, afternoon and evenings.

You will at a minimum learn something; your goal should be learning one new item a day.

You will sound like Joey from Friends.
